Leading winning teams in international enviroments for more than twenty years I have learned how to set clear goals and how to challenge and stretch our abilities. You cannot play and win games every day but each day gives an oppportunity to grow and get one step closer to score and deliver on time and on budget.

 

I am fluent in complex ennvironments allways taking lead in HOW to get abstract targets into actions and implementation for real growth of business and organization. My passion is to create a flow involving commercial values, operational ability and develpment of products and services.

 

To make magic wonders I have been fortunate in 25 years allways working with the best team members and management.. Thanks to that and a weird interest in learing I have picked up some very useful skills and methods for how to lead creative workshops, super structured projects and reporting. as well as knowledge of how to create large tenders and contracts, pedagogical illustrations of technical issues and architectural layers.

 

I have a working proficiency in Swedish, English and German. My home base is Stockholm, Sweden
